FAQ

How do your payments work?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least 4 days in advance to confirm your booking. The full amount can be paid before or on the day of the shoot (I only start editing once the full amount is paid).

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm Pretoria based and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Simply add the location of your shoot in your email and I will work out a quote accordingly.

When will I get my photos?

I spend a lot of time on editing to give you the best photos possible. Your will receive a WeTransfer link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the type of session you book). You can download all the photos within 7 days before the link expires but also share it, and also order prints!

How many pictures will I receive?

For an hour session, you will receive between 40 fully edited images. (This excludes event photography) I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why take my time to get the perfect shot. I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
